Just bought a brand new 2026 V8 mustang in March and was a little disappointed…before scheduling my first oil change I spoke with Alexa and was told my car takes fully synthetic oil and that I would be taken care of. When I come in Vicky advises me that it was going to be $100 for fully synthetic and that the oil I get for free is synthetic blend…now if I was driving a Corolla I wouldn’t mind at all, but considering the money I’m paying for a brand new performance car and all the power and heat this car generates. I felt like I was pitched a curve ball and don’t really appreciate it, nor do I feel appreciated…
