I had a concern on the amount i was being charged and she quickly escalated it to her manager. She was quick in resolving my concern. She sure knows how to deal with customers. I am a happy customer and will be returing soon for more services I need on my truck. She explained to me what other services I need in my truck in accordance to maintenance schedule. I would prefer to be informed of any added services and associated costs beforehand so I can approve them first.
