I really enjoyed my experience with Tipton. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from them since 2020 and it was a pleasure to deal with them,
Back in July 2026 my truck was taken in to replace both windshield trimmings (under a recall). I had to reschedule another appointment (September 2026) because one of the molding trims was not installed properly (not flushed). Tipton service came to pick up vehicle and it was done withing 1/2 day. Thank you for having that service and helping us when we can't take in the vehicle ourselves.

I just had a 4 hour drive into town, so I appreciated that. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful in guiding one through the process of selecting a vehicle. Vicky at quick lane provided excellent customer service. I came for an oil change service and she was quick in getting my vehicle in. I had a concern on the amount i was being charged and she quickly escalated it to her manager. She was quick in resolving my concern. She sure knows how to deal with customers. I am a happy customer and will be returing soon for more services I need on my truck. She explained to me what other services I need in my truck in accordance to maintenance schedule. It was okay, but I would have appreciated more communication and transparency regarding any additional services being recommended or added before they were performed. I would prefer to be informed of any added services and associated costs beforehand so I can approve them first. Still have 5 stars because they picked up my vehicle and drove it back which is a great service of convenience.

The parking is big,with proper handicap parking and ramps. The inside is big too,with lots of seating area. The place has nice decor,it has nice and clean restrooms. Has hospitality coffee and water. The sales people are kind and helpful. They have new and used vehicles to buy from.
